§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe construction of a prison at Wrexham was included in the prison building programme in 1986. Clwyd county council has recently proposed two sites in other parts of the county, of which Saltney Ferry is one. No decisions have been taken about these sites, which are said to be discussed shortly with the county council.
