§ Mrs. CurrieWhen determining the level of grant to local authiorities for future years, the Government will take into account all responsibilities falling on social services departments, including those which will arise in relation to patients discharged from long-term hospital care when section 7 of the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 is implemented.
