The Housing Corporation does not operate in Northern Ireland: the voluntary sector is supervised direct by the Department of the Environment (NI).

§ Mr. NeedhamThis is a matter for the Eastern health and social services board. The board has advised that the assistant director of social services post in Down unit of management will become vacant from 1 September 1988. The need for the post is being reviewed.
