To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will list the voluntary organisations who were previously receiving section 64 grants and whose applications for funding for general purposes in 1988–89 were rejected, stating in each case the number of years for which the organisation had been funded; and if he will give the reasons for the rejection in each case;
