§ 75. Mr. Rooker
To ask the Minister for the Civil Service if he will make a statement on the future role of the Civil Service discipline code in the light of the publication of the White Paper, Cm. 408, on the reform of Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act 1911.

§ Mr. Luce
As the White Paper on reform of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act 1911 made clear, the disciplinary code will continue to be applied against unauthorised disclosure of information.
