§ Mrs. BeckettTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will extend entitlement to the income support disability premium to claimants who have, for 28 weeks, been treated as incapable of work for the purpose of exemption from the requirement to be available for employment and who do not qualify for the premium on other grounds.
