§ Mr. GristThe information is as follows:
800,000 sq ft of industrial floor space to form a reserve list for the current financial year and ensure a continuous flow of new projects into 1989–90. The total cost of these additional packages is £25 million.
The geographical balance and overall level of the Welsh Development Agency's property development programme are reviewed regularly in the light of demand, and will be factors that I will bear in mind when considering the agency's budget for 1989–90 and later years.
