§ Mrs. ChalkerWe and our European partners have on a number of occasions called on all the signatories of the Esquipulas II peace agreement to fulfil their outstanding obligations under the agreement without delay. Ratification of the Central American Parliament treaty is, of course, a matter for the national Parliaments rather than Governments.
