§ Mr. Douglas HoggI understand from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis that he has no plans to expand the operations of the territorial support groups. The groups will continue to play a valuable role in dealing with major incidents, and in providing divisions with additional manpower to tackle high priority crimes.
