§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Mackay of Clashfern)The current complement of the Serious Fraud Office as set out in the 1987 Public Expenditure White Paper is 79, of whom 55 are in post. Of these, one is on loan from the Crown Prosecution Service and nine posts are filled by agency staff while recruitment of permanent staff continues.
