§ Mr. DunnThe Department has received over 3,600 letters about our proposals to transfer responsibility for education in inner London to the inner London councils, since my right hon. Replies sought to explain the Government's view of the future arrangements for special education in inner London, as set out in the Department's draft guidance to councils.
