§ Mrs. RoeOur planning policy guidance notes on green belts and rural enterprise and development, issued in January, reiterated our encouragement to planning authorities to treat positively applications for the reuse of redundant agricultural buildings. We continue to urge authorities to process all planning applications as quickly as possible.
