§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe sheriff's determination was received in February 1988. No terms of reference as such have been promulgated, but changes in the methods of recording observation requirements have been introduced. Other issues which the sheriff's determination highlighted are still being considered. I shall write to the hon. Member when this has been concluded.
