To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list the priority issues which he has identified to district health authorities in the last two years.

Health authorities are guided by the priorities set out in the planning guidelines circulars issued by the Department. Copies of the relevant circulars, HC(86)2 and HC(87)7, are in the Library.
