§ Mr. Ian StewartA number of areas identified in the conventional defence improvements exercise have been set out in the communiqués of the defence planning committee meeting on 22 May 1985 and of subsequent defence planning committee meetings, copies of which are available in the Library. Details of the exercise are confidential; progress so far has been good.
