Psychiatric Treatment (Prisoners)

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the psychiatric profile of the prison population which he proposes to obtain will show which prisoners had had psychiatric treatment as in-patients before they were sentenced.

Yes. The extensive check list the research team are using covers the question of any psychiatric history with specific reference to whether this was as an in-patient.
