For analyses of the average total cost per in-patient day or out-patient attendance across treatment and other departments—including physiotherapy and remedial gymnastics—by type of hospital in England as a whole and in Greater London, I refer my hon. Friend to tables included in the Department's annual publication "Health Services Costing Returns", the latest being for 1986–87, copies of which are in the Library.
