§ Mr. ParkinsonMy Department's information technology (IT) steering committee consists of representatives of its central IT group (CITG), the main computer using divisions, the establishment and finance division including the internal audit branch, and a representative of the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency. The chairman is the grade 5 officer with responsibility for the Department's administrative expenditure and the CITG. The committee reports to the Department's management board comprising the permanent under- secretary, the two deputy secretaries and the principal establishment and finance officer. Ministers do not attend meetings of the committee.
