§ Mr. Norman Lamont[holding answer 13 June 1988]: Regional estimates for 1987–88 and 1988–89 are not available. Information on the total numbers in each region in 1984–85 by ranges of income similar to those in my earlier reply have been published in "The Survey of Personal Incomes 1984–85". Further analysis of this information by type of taxpayer would not yield reliable results.
