§ Mr. NewtonThe chairman of the Social Security Advisory Committee has written to my right hon. Friend to give the views of his committee on the recommendations put forward in the Griffiths report. My right hon. Friend replied on 14 July that we will take the points raised into account in framing our own proposals.
