§ Mr. LangThis is a matter for the Scottish Development Agency and the festival company. Several attractions are leased or provided by sponsors and their after-use is the responsibility of their owners. The agency has a responsibility to minimise the net cost of the festival to the public purse and will take this into account in the consideration currently being given to arrangements for disposal of other festival assets.
