§ Mr. ViggersIt is one of the aims of this Government that disabled people should be given equality of opportunity in all fields. In the employment field, training courses, grants schemes and a sheltered placement scheme are operated, and local job markets provide a special placement service for the disabled. Advice and encouragement are given to all outside agencies which may also contribute towards providing equality of opportunity for disabled people.
