To ask the Attorney-General if he has any plans to prosecute British Voice for distributing a leaflet, a copy of which has been sent to him, which appears to incite racial discord; and what representations to this effect he has received from the Commission for Racial Equality.

Copies of several different leaflets purporting to be printed and published by British Voice have been referred to me, among them two drawn to my attention by the Commission for Racial Equality. At the request of the Director of Public Prosecutions police

The following management or computer consultancy contracts were extant in the Cabinet Office on 1 January 1987:

inquiries have been instituted and they are continuing. No prosecution decision can be reached until they are complete.
