§ Mr. DunnNo. The Education Reform Bill, as amended, makes explicit, but does not extend, the responsibility of local education authorities to have regard to special educational needs in securing the provision of adequate facilities for further education. It will continue to be for local education authorities to decide their own spending priorities within existing planned provision.
