§ Mr. MooreThe NHS review is concentrating on hospital services. We are also considering Sir Roy Griffiths' recommendations on community care, taking account of the proposals on residential care from the committee chaired by Lady Wagner, and the reactions to both reports. We will bring forward our own proposals in this area in due course.
