Estimates of average traffic speeds in the individual boroughs during the period 1983 to 1986 are given in tables A2 to A4. Information for earlier years was published by the Greater London council in its "Traffic Monitoring Review 1984". I have placed copies of the relevant tables from this publication in the Library.
