§ Mr. Tom KingThe choice of a chief constable to conduct any disciplinary hearing in respect of the Royal Ulster Constabulary is a matter for the Chief Constable of the Royal Ulster Constabulary. I understand that he intends to announce a chief constable to hear the disciplinary charges arising out of the report by Mr. Charles Kelly as soon as possible.
