§ Mr. Howard[holding answer 11 July 1988] : My right hon. Friend placed in the Library on 1 July a note showing the data used to estimate illustrative community charges in 127W England for 1988–89. That note includes estimates of the adult population resident in each local authority area. Figures are not available for parliamentary constituencies.
