§ The operating costs and revenue generated at Stansted airport are commercial matters for the airport operator and the right hon. Member could get in touch with Stansted Airport Limited. The question of the financial basis on which Stansted airport operates is one for the Civil Aviation Authority, which has responsibility for the economic regulation of airports designated under part IV of the Airports Act 1986.
