Estimated information on the percentage of residents in private and voluntary residential care and nursing homes in receipt of supplementary benefit between 1979 and 1986 was 59W provided for the joint central and local government working party on supplementary benefit and residential care. A copy of the working party's report "Public Support for Residential Care", published July 1987, is held in the Library.
