§ Mr. ButcherNeither the British Hydromechanics Research Association nor the Production Engineering Research Association was amongst the organisations approached by DTI during the review of research establishments. BHRA and PERA took the initiative in contacting the Department about the review on 1 and 15 March, respectively.
