§ Mr. Maude[holding answer 7 July 1988]: I understand that the questionnaire used to register investors' interests by the special managers of Barlow Clowes Gilt Managers Ltd. is straightforward. However, if investors find any difficulty in registering their interest, or in making their more formal claims in the liquidation, the special managers or the Official Receiver respectively will be very willing to help.
