asked Her Majesty' s Government:

To which prisons and police stations, and on which dates, the late Mr. Samuel Carew was remanded in custody before his death in Brixton prison; and whether they will place in the Library of the House the letter from the Southwark coroner to the Home Office regarding this case, together with their reply.
