§ Mr. CohenTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many of those persons who, at the coming into force of the Ministry of Defence Police Act 1987, were special constables by virtue of appointment under section 3 of the Special Constables Act 1923 on the nomination of the Defence Council remain special constables now that the Ministry of Defence Police Act is in force.
