§ Mr. Michael ForsythBetween 28 September 1987 and 1 June 1988 blue-marked sheep could be sent for slaughter only if remonitoring had confirmed that they presented no danger to public health and they had been identified as eligible for slaughter by a distinctive ear-tag.
