§ Mr. MacGregorThe Agricultural Holdings Act 1984 introduced retirement tenancies on statutory smallholdings. If there was sufficient agreement on proposals for retirement tenancies on other holdings and that they would be likely to have a worthwhile effect in practice, I should certainly be willing to consider them.
