§ Mr. MacGregorSince I replied to my hon. Friend the Member for Daventry on 27 June, the Greeks have withdrawn their agreement to the price-fixing package. This was on the grounds that it was of vital national interest to them to reduce their negative MCAs from the present very high level, and that they had misunderstood what was proposed in the package for the green drachma. It has not so far been possible to resolve this problem.
