§ Mr. EggarNone. We are greatly concerned at the damage to the United Kingdom's reputation caused by hooliganism. I discussed a number of possible measures to counter hooliganism with the Spanish authorities in Madrid last month. My hon. Friends the Minister of State, Home Office and the Minister responsible for sport have been having talks with their counterparts in the Council of Europe in Portugal and in the Federal Republic of Germany respectively.
