§ Mr. Michael ForsythNo. I am aware of the existence of this publication. However, the diagnosis of and treatment for allergies (including testing) is a matter for the clinical judgment of the doctors concerned with individual patients. I do not, therefore, consider it appropriate to issue advice to health boards on this matter.
