§ Mr. PendryTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment why, pursuant to his answer of 25 January,Official Report, column 40, relating to the placing of the responses to the paper, "Competition in the Management of Local Authority Sport and Leisure Facilities" in the Library, only 16 of the 352 responses have been released; and whether the objections raised by those 16 are typical of all the responses.
