(2) how many residential properties have been acquired by his Department in connection with the proposed East London river crossing;
(3) what discussions his Department has undertaken with the London residuary body about the acquisition of residential properties required for the construction of the East London river crossing.
§ Mr. ChannonNinety-five residential properties have been acquired by the Department in connection with the proposed East London river crossing. A further 145 residential properties would be required of which 127 are currently owned by the London residuary body. Discussions about the possible purchase of these properties have taken place with that body, without prejudice to the decisions yet to be taken on the statutory orders for the scheme.
