§ Mr. MellorAlex Zelichenok was included on a list of human rights cases which was handed to Soviet officials during the bilateral human rights talks on 23 June. There was no immediate Soviet reply on his case, but responses to all our concerns were promised. We are pressing for details on each individual case.
