To ask the Secretary of State for Energy what is the basis of calculation carried out by his Department's economists and statisticians referred to in the Secretary of State's decision letter of 12 March 1987 to the chairman of the Central Electricity Generating Board, regarding the board's application to construct Sizewll B.
