§ Mr. LuceThe Arts Council promotes arts developments in the regions and the regional arts associations play a leading part in bringing together local authorities, business interests and individuals to foster all art forms. I have recently appointed three regional representatives to the Arts Council, to ensure that regional views are fully represented there.
