§ Mr. DicksTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will state, with regard to the application of Mr. E. Dhillon for leave to enter the United Kingdom, what was the nature and source of the information that came to light between May 1987 when he was last allowed to enter the United Kingdom and August 1987 when entry was refused.
§ Mr. HurdI was aware of Mr. Dhillon's previous visits to the United Kingdom when I decided to exclude him on grounds that for reasons of national security his presence would not be conducive to the public good. It would be contrary to long-standing practice to comment on the information which led me to that decision.
