To ask the Secretary of State for Energy if, during his recent visit to the People's Republic of China, he discussed with his counterpart the potential benefits of amending the restrictive arrangements for information disclosure set out under article III(i) of the Anglo-Chinese agreement on the co-operation in the peaceful uses of nuclear energy, dated 3 June 1988.
