§ The Attorney-GeneralIn its response to the Royal Commission on legal services in a White Paper published in November 1983, Cmnd. 9077, the Government indicated that this recommendation among others was for consideration by the profession. The Government have received no representations on the matter and have no plans to implement the recommendation.
