§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe Government's conclusions on school management were published on 18 January in the booklet "School Management — the Government's Conclusions" and they reflect many of the helpful comments expressed during the consultation. Copies of the booklet have been sent to all Scottish Members and have been placed in the Library. A Bill to give effect to our intentions will be brought forward shortly.
