§ 38. Mrs. FyfeTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will seek to amend the Abolition of Domestic Rates Etc. (Scotland) Act 1987 so that married students, who depend on their spouse's income for grant purposes, will not be jointly and severally liable for that spouse's poll tax.
