Mr. Sainsbury

The frigate-building programme is proceeding well with 10 frigates currently under construction, four of which are expected to enter service this year. In addition, on 6 October last year, my right hon. Friend announced that we were to seek tenders for up to four more type 23 frigates. We have received tenders and their evaluation has now begun.
